§ 92.30 OBSTRUCTING STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct any public street, alley or sidewalk in the town by any means whatsoever; provided, however, that, nothing contained in this section shall be construed to prohibit the Mayor from giving permission for temporary obstruction of any street, alley or sidewalk in cases as are reasonably necessary.
