§ 30.19  ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   Except when the rule shall be suspended by unanimous consent, the order of business at every regular meeting of the Town Council shall be as follows:
   (A)   Calling the roll of members;
   (B)   Reading the minutes of the last regular meeting;
   (C)   Presentation of claims and bills for payment; and
   (D)   New business.
