§ 92.25 FOWLS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or permit his or her chickens or other fowl to run at large or depreciate the premises of any other person, or persons, without the permission of the occupant or owner of the premises. All warrants under this section shall be founded on the complaint of injured parties.
