§ 92.13 BURIAL OF THE DEAD.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation may openly bury a dead person in any grave in the town limits without installing a vault or liner in the grave.
   (B)   The offender of this section shall be responsible for the cost of placing a vault or liner in the grave.
