§ 92.09 FUTURE BUILDINGS TO INCLUDE TOILET FACILITIES.
   It shall be unlawful for any building to be occupied by one or more persons without providing and maintaining for use of the occupants water closets connected with the town sewer, so as to empty the contents thereof into the sewer or without providing a septic tank as required by G.S. § 130A-335.
