§ 92.01 STANDING WATER.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner, lessee, tenant or occupant of any building or premises to keep or permit thereon any standing water to be or remain in any pool or pond, or open vessel or to keep or permit thereon any decaying animal or vegetable matter or any substance injurious to health.
