§ 30.16 SPECIAL MEETINGS.

   (A)   Special meetings of the Council may be called at any time by the Mayor, the Mayor pro tem, Council or a majority of the Council members.

   (B)   All the Council members shall be notified when a meeting is called by the Mayor; the remaining Council member(s) and the Mayor shall be notified when a meeting is called by a majority of the Council members.

   (C)   Notice of any special meeting shall be given.

§ 30.17 ADJOURNED MEETINGS.

   (A)   If a quorum fails to attend, the meeting shall stand adjourned to a day agreed upon by the majority of the members present.

   (B)   Any regular or special meeting may be adjourned to a date prior to the next regular meeting date of the Council.

§ 30.18 MAYOR PRESIDES OVER MEETING.

   The Mayor shall preside at all meetings of the Council and shall vote only in case of equal division therein.
