§ 91.25 CHIMNEYS.
   All chimneys, smokestacks or similar devices for conveying smoke or gases to the outer air, and the stoves, furnaces, fire boxes or boilers to which they are connected, shall be constructed in accordance with the building ordinances, and shall be maintained in a manner as not to endanger adjacent property.
