§ 30.15 REGULAR MEETINGS.

The Town Council shall hold its regular meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. EST or 7:30 p.m. EST in the meeting room at the Town Hall.

§ 30.16 SPECIAL MEETINGS.

(A) Special meetings of the Council may be called at any time by the Mayor, the Mayor pro tem, Council or a majority of the Council members.

(B) All the Council members shall be notified when a meeting is called by the Mayor; the remaining Council member(s) and the Mayor shall be notified when a meeting is called by a majority of the Council members.
