§ 90.09 INTERFERENCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, or obstruct or delay, hinder or molest an enforcement officer or veterinarians in the performance of any duty authorized by this chapter or seek to release any animal in the custody of the officer or agents, except as herein provided.
