No person shall:
(A) Pick or mutilate any flowers, either wild or domestic, or disturb any trees, shrubs, or other planted material;
(B) Use the cemeteries as picnic grounds, or consume alcoholic beverages in a cemetery, or bring the same upon the premises;
(C) Use any forms of advertising on cemetery premises;
(D) Allow any dog or other domestic animal to run at large within the cemetery; or
(E) Allow a child under the age of 12 years in any cemetery unless accompanied by an adult.
