In the event that a monument, marker or mausoleum is in need of repair, the Town Manager shall notify the lot owner, in writing, concerning the deficiency and advise a date corrective action must be taken. If corrective action is not completed by the assigned date, the deficiency will be corrected by the groundskeeper, and the owner, their heirs or assigns will be billed at $50 an hour.
