(A) The keeping of records for the Sparta Cemetery shall be the responsibility of the town office.
(B) All maps showing laid out sections of each cemetery, records of lot ownership and burials shall be kept by the town office. Copies of the deeds conveyed for lot purchases shall be recorded by the town office in both a book provided for this purpose and on the town computer system.
