§ 54.23 TRANSFER OF LOTS.
   No transfer or assignment of a lot shall be made by any owner without the express approval of the Town Manager, and all transfers, upon approval, shall be made by the town office and recorded in the cemetery records. The following fee is required by the town to accommodate such deed transfers: see Appendix A for fees.
