(A) The purchase price of lots is set by the Town Council. (See rate sheet in Appendix A for current prices.)
(B) Plots will be sold individually.
(C) The cost per plot will be reviewed periodically and the price adjusted as necessary by the Town Council.
(D) Up to four adjacent plots may be purchased by a single individual.
(E) Additional plots may be purchased with permission of the Town Council.
(F) Each plot(s) will be deeded to the purchaser by the town and properly recorded at the Register of Deeds.
(G) The town will provide maintenance and upkeep to the plot in perpetuity.
