(A) Provide oversight and guidance for the administration of Sparta Cemetery.
(B) Provide appropriate funding levels for the operation and maintenance of Sparta Cemetery in perpetuity.
(C) Periodically review and update this chapter.
(D) Periodically review and update the purchase price of cemetery plots.
(E) Delegate the responsibility for management and day to day operation to the Town Manager.
