§ 54.03 APPLICATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Applicability. These rules and regulations shall apply to any person, firm, corporation, association, club, partnership, society, or any other form of association or organization.
   (B)   Does not supercede. This chapter is not intended to amend or supercede the "North Carolina Funeral Service and Cremation Laws and Regulations".
