§ 54.01 PURPOSE AND POLICY.
   (A)   This chapter sets forth uniform requirements for the operation, maintenance and perpetual care of Sparta Cemetery.
   (B)   The objectives of this chapter are to:
      (1)   Define areas of responsibility;
      (2)   Provide guidelines for funding in perpetuity; and
      (3)   Provide for operations and upkeep.
