The Misselhorn Art Foundation Trust Fund is hereby created for the purpose of investing all moneys received by the city pursuant to said last will and testament of Roscoe Misselhorn, deceased, in income producing obligations permitted under the laws of the state, as hereinafter provided, and to use the income only received therefrom for financing expenditures as authorized by the Board of Trustees of the Misselhorn Art Foundation for the control, supervision, preservation, collection and exhibition of artistic works of Roscoe Misselhorn and related activities.
