(A) The Community Development Loan Fund Review Board may be dissolved upon the adoption of a resolution providing for dissolution passed by a favorable vote of two-thirds of the members of the Review Board then holding office and by a similar favorable vote of two-thirds of the City Council then holding office.
(B) Upon dissolution of the Review Board, all records, audits and funds held by the Board shall be delivered to the City Clerk and City Treasurer.
