§ 36.01 ELECTION TO PARTICIPATE; CLERK TO FILE NOTICE WITH BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   (A)   The city does hereby elect to participate in the state’s Municipal Retirement Fund, effective 1-1-1973.
   (B)   The City Clerk is directed to promptly file a certified copy of this section with the Board of Trustees of the state’s Municipal Retirement Fund.
