§ 35.05 MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS.
   The Coordinator of the Agency may negotiate mutual aid agreements with other cities or political subdivisions of the state, but no agreement shall be effective until it has been approved by the City Council and by the state’s Director of ESDA.
