(A) (1) The boundaries of the districts for the city are shown on the Zoning District Map which is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter and which map is designated “Zoning District Map of the City of Sparta”. The Zoning District Map and all notations, references and other information shown thereon are part of this chapter and have the same force and effect as if the map and all the notations, references and other information shown thereon were all fully set forth or described herein.
(2) The Zoning District Map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor, attested by the City Clerk, and bearing the seal of the city under the following words: “This is to certify that this is the Zoning District Map referred to in division (A)(1) of this section together with the date of the adoption of this chapter and shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.”
(3) No amendment to this chapter which involves matter portrayed on the Zoning District Map shall become effective until after the change and entry has been made on the Map.
(B) All land hereinafter annexed by the city shall be classified as A-1 Agriculture until the classification is changed by amendment to this chapter.
