§ 155.020 USE DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The city and contiguous territory within one and one-half miles of the corporate limits of the city is hereby classified and divided into 12 districts, designated as follows:
      (1)   Agricultural district: A-1 Agricultural District;
      (2)   Residential districts:
         (a)   R-1 One-Family Dwelling District;
         (b)   R-2 One-Family Dwelling District;
         (c)   R-3 One-Family Dwelling District; and
         (d)   R-4 Multi-Family Dwelling District.
      (3)   Business districts:
         (a)   B-1 Central Business District; and
         (b)   Highway Business District.
      (4)   Industrial district: I-1 Light Industrial District; and
      (5)   Special districts:
         (a)   S-1 Floodplain and Drainage District;
         (b)   S-2 Slope District;
         (c)   S-3 Airport District; and
         (d)   S-4 Historic Buildings District.
   (B)   No zoning district established by this chapter shall be changed or a zoning district established after the effective date of this chapter unless the districts shall be of the following minimum size:
