(A) Not later than 60 days after the application for the final PUD development plan is approved the Code Enforcement Officer, following consultation with the city’s Engineer and Attorney, shall submit a written advisory report to the Mayor and City Council.
(B) The advisory report shall fully discuss the extent to which the final PUD development plan conforms to the approved preliminary PUD development plan and to all other applicable codes and ordinances.
