§ 154.077 PUBLIC HEARING BY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
   (A)   After the Code Enforcement Officer has submitted the advisory report reference in § 154.076 of this chapter, the Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a public hearing pursuant to the same notice requirements set forth in § 155.203 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Within 30 days following said public hearing, the Zoning Board of Appeals shall file its report of the hearing and advisory recommendation with Mayor and City Council accompanied by the advisory report of the Code Enforcement Officer.
