§ 154.074 PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLANS.
   (A)   Every applicant for preliminary planned unit development plan approval shall comply with the procedural requirements of this section.
   (B)   The required procedures are as follows:
      (1)   Filing of a preliminary planned unit development plan with the Code Enforcement Officer;
      (2)   Review of the planned unit development plan by the Code Enforcement Officer;
      (3)   Public hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals;
      (4)   Recommendation by the Zoning Board of Appeals to the Mayor and City Council regarding approval or rejection of the planned unit development plan; and
      (5)   Formal action by Mayor and City Council regarding the PUD development plan.
