(A) All lots in a subdivision shall conform to the minimum lot area and dimensions requirements of the zoning district in which the subdivision is located; land that is under water or reserved for street improvements shall not be included for purposes of these minimum requirements. Every corner and through lot shall be large enough to permit compliance with the district’s front setback requirements on every side of the lot that faces a street. All lot remnants shall be added to adjacent lots to avoid the creation of unbuildable parcels. All lots shall contain adequate space for required off-street parking and loading.
(B) Land shall be subdivided in a way that each lot abuts a street meeting the requirements of § 154.044 of this chapter. All side lot lines shall be at right angles to straight street right-of-way lines or radial to curved street right-of-way lines, except where a deviation from this rule is necessary for a more appropriate street and lot design.
