§ 32.072 QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS; TERM; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The members of the Cultural Arts Planning Commission shall be residents of the city and shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council, one member to be appointed from the Library Board, one member to be appointed from the Museum Board, and five members to be appointed at large from the city, upon the basis of the fitness of the perspective members for the duties of their offices.
   (B)   (1)   The terms of the initial appointments of members to the Cultural Arts Planning Commission shall be as follows.
         (a)   Three members shall be appointed for terms of one year each.
         (b)   Two members shall be appointed for terms of two years each.
         (c)   Two members shall be appointed for terms of three years each.
      (2)   After the initial appointments, the members of the Cultural Arts Planning Commission shall be appointed for a term of three years each. Vacancies shall be filled by appointments for unexpired terms only.
   (C)   All members of the Cultural Arts Planning Commission shall serve without compensation; except that, if the City Council shall deem it advisable, the members of the Commission may be reimbursed for the expenditures as may be determined from time to time by the City Council and provided for in the annual appropriation ordinance.
