§ 151.01 ELECTRICAL CODE ADOPTED; CONFLICT WITH OTHER LAWS; FILING.
   (A)   The National Electrical Code, most current edition, as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association, is hereby adopted by reference as the electrical code of the city.
   (B)   If any of the provisions of the National Electrical Code, most current edition, adopted are in conflict with the laws of the state or any ordinance of the city, or provision thereof, the state law or the ordinance or provision thereof shall prevail.
   (C)   At least three copies of the National Electrical Code, most current edition, have been on file for more than 30 days prior to the adoption of this incorporation by reference, now are, and shall be kept on file, in the office of the City Clerk.
