Any person receiving a permit under the provisions of this subchapter shall comply with all the provisions of §§ 150.070 through 150.073 of this chapter, to the extent the provisions are applicable to the demolition of buildings and with the laws of the state and other provisions of this code of ordinances, relating to the demolition of buildings.
