§ 150.054 REFERRAL OF THE APPLICATION AND PLANS TO CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AND APPROVAL THEREOF.
   An application for a permit required by this subchapter, together with the plan submitted, shall be referred to the Code Enforcement Officer, who shall examine them to determine whether the proposed operations will comply with the provisions of this chapter, Ch. 155 of this code of ordinances, Zoning, and other ordinances of the city relating thereto. Upon a determination of compliance with the provisions of this chapter, Ch. 155 of this code of ordinances, Zoning, and any other ordinances, the Code Enforcement Officer shall approve the application and issue a building permit therefor. No permit shall be issued, except after the payment of the fee prescribed in this subchapter.
