(A) The Illinois Energy Conservation Code, current edition, as amended, is hereby adopted by reference as the energy conservation code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Illinois Energy Conservation Code, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this section.
(B) The Illinois Energy Conservation Code (2012) is available for use and examination by the public online at http://www.ilga.gov/commission/jcar/admincode/071/07100600sections.html.
