§ 150.037 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   (1)   The International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings (2006) is hereby adopted by reference as the residential building code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided.
      (2)   Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings (2006) are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this section.
   (B)   If any provisions of the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings (2006) adopted are in conflict with the laws of the state, state law shall prevail; any and other applicable provisions of this code or other ordinances or parts of ordinances of the city in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
   (C)   At least three copies of the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings (2006) have been on file for more than 30 days prior to the adoption of this building code for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided, and shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk.
