§ 32.035 CREATED; COMPOSITION; EX-OFFICIO MEMBERS.
   There is hereby created a Plan Commission which shall consist of 12 members; the Mayor and the Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements shall be ex-officio members of the Plan Commission.
