(A) The members of Commission on Human Relations shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council, the terms of which appointments shall be as follows:
(1) Three members for a term of four years;
(2) Three members for a term of three years;
(3) Three members for a term of two years; and
(4) Three members for a term of one year.
(B) Annually thereafter, the Mayor shall appoint three members to the Commission, from a list of nominees to be submitted by the existing Human Relations Commission, who shall hold their office for a term of four years or until their successors are appointed, unless sooner removed for cause.
