§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person knowingly operating a citizens’ band radio within the city which causes interference with radio and television reception or general transmission of the general public, per § 131.10 of this chapter, shall be deemed to create a nuisance and, should such person be found guilty of said provision, such may be punished by a fine of not less than $75, nor more than $750, for each violation of this provision.
