§ 119.06 EXEMPTIONS.
   The following shall be exempt from the requirements of this chapter:
   (A)   Governmental entities;
   (B)   Fraternal organizations;
   (C)   Religious institutions;
   (D)   Healthcare facilities, including nursing homes; and
   (E)   Not-for-profit corporations.
