§ 118.02 CESSATION OF OPERATION; REMOVAL OF SERVICE STATION CANOPY AND UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS.
   Within one year after the cessation of operation of a motor vehicle service station located within the corporate limits of the city, the owner thereof, and any other responsible party, shall remove or cause to be removed the service station canopy and all underground storage tanks located thereon.
