§ 117.07 TERM OF CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING; NOTICE OF EXPIRATION.
   (A)   All certificates of good standing granted under this chapter shall expire on March 31 following issuance.
   (B)   All renewals shall expire after two years after issuance thereof.
   (C)   The City Clerk shall mail to all medical providers in the city pursuant to this chapter, a notice of expiration of the certificate of good standing held by such medical provider(s) within 30 days to the expiration thereof.
   (D)   However, failure to send out such a notice or the failure of the medical provider to receive it shall not excuse said provider from failing to obtain a certificate of good standing renewal thereof, nor shall it be a defense in an action for operating without a certificate.
