§ 114.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION.

   (A)   No person shall operate any taxicab within the city without a license so to do.

   (B)   Application for such license shall state:

      (1)   The full name and address of the owner;

      (2)   The make and type of motorcar to be used;

      (3)   The factory number;

      (4)   The state license number thereof; and

      (5)   The length of time the vehicle has been in use.
