§ 31.60 OFFICE CREATED; APPOINTMENT.
   There is hereby created the Office of Coordinator of Public Affairs/City Manager who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. The Coordinator of Public Affairs/City Manager shall reside within a radius of 20 miles, the centerpoint thereof being Sparta City Hall located at 114 W. Jackson St., Sparta, Illinois.
