§ 100.051 DISPLAY OF GOODS ON STREETS OR SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to use any street, sidewalk or other public place as space for the display or sale of goods or merchandise, or to write or mark any signs or advertisements on any pavements.
