§ 100.004 DEPOSITING DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE OR REFUSE ON STREETS OR SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to deposit on any street, sidewalk or alley any dangerous or noxious substance or any refuse without the consent of the Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements and the Council.
