§ 96.22 BIRTH AND DEATH REPORTS; REQUIRED INFORMATION.
   The report of each birth and death in the city and adjoining territory, as prescribed by state law, shall be made to the local registrar of vital statistics, and the reports shall contain information as is required by law.
