§ 96.21 LOCAL REGISTRAR TO COMPLY WITH LAW.
   (A)   The provisions of the laws of the state shall be fully complied with by the Local Registrar of Vital Statistics in connection with his or her reports.
   (B)   The Local Registrar shall make or cause to be made sufficient copies of all records so that one complete set of records may be retained and kept by the city.
