§ 95.03 BONFIRES.
   It shall be unlawful to build or light any bonfire close to any building or other structure, as to endanger the building or structure, or on any public street, sidewalk or pavement. No open burning shall be permitted, except as provided by state law and regulations. No open fire outside a building shall be started or permitted to burn after sunset or before sunrise of any day.
