§ 92.096 CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER TO BE EX-OFFICIO MEMBERS OF BOARD.
   The City Clerk shall be ex-officio Clerk of the Cemetery Board of Trustees and the City Treasurer shall be ex-officio Treasurer of the Board, neither of whom shall receive any compensation as members of the Board.
