(A) There is hereby created a Cemetery Board of Trustees which shall have control, supervision and direction of the Caledonia Cemetery and the Old Bethel Cemetery of the city, subject to the direction or approval of the City Council.
(B) The Cemetery Board of Trustees shall consist of the Mayor and Commissioner of Public Property, who act as ex-officio President and Vice-President of the Board, respectively. In addition, seven other members shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. At least one member shall be a representative from either the Veterans of Foreign Wars or the American Legion organizations.
