§ 31.16 TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF CITY EMPLOYEES.
   Unless otherwise specifically provided by this code or by the terms of an applicable collective bargaining agreement, the termination of employment of all city employees shall be conducted by a recommendation from the Mayor or respective Commissioner to whom the supervisory responsibility of said employee is entrusted under this chapter and approved by a three-fourths vote of the City Council.
